On Thursday, May 18, we opened seven residences within the Four Seasons Resort Nevis for a Progressive Open House. Guests were whisked from home to home, enjoying a curated pairing of refreshments and small plates at each residence, culminating with a champagne toast and dessert at the final home within the Mahogany Hill Estates.
Hosting the very first progressive open house in Saint Kitts and Nevis created an extraordinary sense of energy and camaraderie within the real estate industry. Creating lifelong relationships, unprecedented global marketing reach and remarkable results.

The Featured Homes.
We began in the villas of Palm Grove, overlooking the Robert Trent Jones golf course, sipping wine, and enjoying sushi and appetizers. Just steps from Pinney’s Beach, our next stop was the luxurious Villas at Pinney’s Beach. From there, we ventured up Sunset Hills to Seascape for desserts and after dinner drinks. As the sun began to set, we transitioned to the Mahogany Hill Estates for a champaign toast at the aptly named Paradise estate.
